NR 18-23 Sheriff’s Office Investigation Dismantles Drug Organization

An investigation into a Brevard County drug organization is culminating today with the arrests of 21 individuals. Sheriff’s Agents with the Special Investigations Unit conducted the investigation that focused on an organization that was led by 32-year-old, Larrico Smith of 970 Cayuga Avenue NE, Palm Bay. The persons within the organization were involved in the distribution of heroin and cocaine that was being sold to dealers in Central and South Brevard. The investigation determined that the organization utilized violence to intimidate rival drug dealers, as evidenced by the solicitation charge brought against Smith. 

Today, BCSO SWAT Team members executed search warrants on nine residences in Central and South Brevard. Simultaneously, members of the G.A.M.E.O.V.E.R. Task Force arrested the suspects who had been identified throughout the course of the investigation; serving arrest warrants that had been signed by a judge. Seized during the execution of the warrants were 7 automobiles, motorcycles, 3 all-terrain vehicles, $50,000 in cash, 8 firearms as well as 2 kilograms of Heroin, 1 kilogram of Cocaine, 1.5 kilograms of Methamphetamine and other assorted controlled substances. 

Larrico Smith was arrested and charged with Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO), Conspiracy to Racketeer, Solicitation to Commit Murder, Conspiracy to Traffic Heroin (28 Grams to 30 Kilograms) (2 Counts), Conspiracy to Traffic Heroin (4 grams to 14 Grams) (1 Counts), Conspiracy to Traffic Cocaine (500 Grams to 30 Kilograms), Conspiracy to Traffic Cocaine (28 Grams to 500 Grams) (2 Counts), Conspiracy to Sell Cocaine (4 Counts), Conspiracy to Sell Heroin (1 Counts), Conspiracy to Sell Methamphetamine (2 Counts), Violation of Felony Probation, and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device (13 Counts), Bond: $360,000 (Arrested)

Tennyson Bailey, 47, 2031 Maid Marion Lane, Melbourne, Charges: Solicitation to Sell Cocaine (2 Counts) and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device (2 Counts), Bond: $25,000 (Arrested) 

Kristen Bell, 24, 615 Kingswood Avenue, Melbourne, Charges: Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO), Conspiracy to Racketeer, Conspiracy to Traffic Heroin (28 Grams to 30 Kilograms), Conspiracy to Traffic Heroin (4 grams to 14 Grams) (4 Counts), Conspiracy to Sell Cocaine (6 

Counts), Conspiracy to Sell Heroin (4 Counts), Conspiracy to Sell Methamphetamine (5 Counts) and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device (5 Counts), Bond: $285,000 (Arrested)

Ryan Elisha Philipoff, 27, 20 Lago Circle #306, Melbourne, Charges: Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO), Conspiracy to Racketeer, Conspiracy to Traffic in Heroin (28 grams to 30 Kilograms), Conspiracy to Traffic in Cocaine (400 grams or more, but less than 150 kilograms), and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device (2 counts), Bond: $175,000 (Arrested) 

Robbe Pullins, 41, 35 Circle Ave. Apt 11, Melbourne, Charges: Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO), Conspiracy to Racketeer, Conspiracy to Traffic Cocaine (28 grams to 30 kilograms) (2 Counts), Conspiracy to Traffic in Cocaine (400 grams or more, but less than 150 kilograms), Conspiracy to Traffic Heroin (2 Counts), Conspiracy to Sell Heroin (3 Counts), Conspiracy to Sell Methamphetamine (3 Counts), Conspiracy to Sell Cocaine (2 Counts) and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device (9 Counts), Bond: $335,000 (Arrested)
