NR 14-23 Cocoa Heroin Dealer Sentenced To Federal Prison

Yesterday, Orlando U.S. District Judge Charlene Edwards Honeywell sentenced 36-year-old Damion Rashaad Carder of Cocoa to 18 years and 9 months in federal prison for possession with the intent to distribute and distribution of heroin.
