NR 14-72 Sheriff’s Office Seeks Community’s Help in Identifying Suspect

14-72%20aThe Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a Burglary that occurred on August 23, 2014, at approximately 10:00 AM, where an unknown black male entered the Family Dollar located at 7165 North US Highway 1, Cocoa, and broke into the Manager’s office.

The suspect then entered the Family Dollar located at 3955 US Highway 1, Cocoa, where he broke into that store’s Manager’s office as well.

The store surveillance videos revealed a black male wearing a purple hat and a purple shirt. He is described as being approximately 6’3” and weighing approximately 275-300 lbs.

Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to call the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office North Precinct General Crimes Unit at 321-633-7162 or CRIMELINE at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477). All calls to CRIMELINE are confidential; callers can remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward for information leading to an arrest.
