NR 15-60 Sheriff’s Office Overdose Investigation Leads to Three Arrests

nr 15-60The investigation into the recent Fentanyl overdoses has led to the arrest of three individuals for drug related charges. Sheriff’s Agents arrested 28-year-old Cedric Levatt of Cocoa, charging him with the Sale and Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substances, 52-year-old Kenneth Levatt of Cocoa, who was charged with the Sale and Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substances and the Grand Theft of a Firearm, and 24-year-old Matthew John Carpenter of Cape Canaveral, who was charged with the Sale and Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substances.

All three suspects were arrested yesterday and transported to the Brevard County Jail. Cedric Levatt is being held on a $160,000 bond, Kenneth Levatt is being held on a $170,000 bond and Matthew Carpenter is being held on a $45,000 bond.
