NR 21-18 Missing/Endangered Adult

MISSING/ENDANGERED ADULT

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing/endangered adult.  70-year-old, Norwood David Howard was last heard from on April 17, 2021, at approximately 2:22 a.m., when he left a voicemail on a friend’s phone. The friend attempted to make contact unsuccessfully the next day and after having not hearing from Mr. Howard made a report with the Sheriff’s Office this morning.  Deputies responded to Mr. Howard’s residence to investigate and were unable to locate his vehicle, however did note that Mr. Howard had left his cellphone behind.

Mr. Howard is 5’04” tall, weighing 135 pounds, with long gray hair, a gray beard and brown eyes.  He may be driving a blue 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe bearing Florida tag 9917QW.  Mr. Howard is prescribed numerous medications that he may not be taking.  He is listed as a missing/endangered adult.
