NR 21-58 Missing Endangered Adult – Silver Alert

Mr. Velez-Rosado has been located safe and is in the process of being reunited with his family.

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing/endangered adult.  73-year-old Miguel Velez-Rosado was last seen this evening, December 28, 2021, at approximately 4:30 p.m., at the Publix located at 4100 North Wickham Road in Melbourne.  Mr. Velez-Rosado did not return home after leaving the store.

Mr. Velez-Rosado, who wears glasses, is 5’09” tall, weighing 160 pounds, with grayish-brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a red shirt and black pants.  He is driving a silver, 2016 Audi Q3 bearing Florida handicap tag HEB5.  Mr. Velez-Rosado suffers from the infirmities of aging and has family in Melbourne and Volusia County.  He has been entered as a missing/endangered adult.
