First Time Vendors
First time vendors must complete a Vendor Registration Form.
All first time vendors must submit a current W-9 form before a check will be issued.
Taxes
The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is exempt from the payment of all federal excise taxes and sales taxes of the State of Florida. The tax exempt number is 85-8012621752C-1 and is valid 4/30/2023 – 4/30/2028. (BCSO Tax Exempt Form)

Bid Submittals
All responses to Invitations to Bid (ITB) or Requests for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted in a sealed envelope and identified as indicated in the solicitation specifications. These may be delivered by mail or in person. All bids will be opened publicly on the date and time indicated in the specifications. Bids received after the specified date and time will not be eligible.
